My new sign arrived damaged. I don't think I will be able to use it for the convention. The vinyl banner is pulling off the frame and even if I unhook it from the bar and put it back on as it would be assembled normally, it comes back off because the bar is warped. The stand is bent up and the sign doesn't roll or retract correctly. there's also a suspicious rattle inside the stand.
I hope the replacement comes in time for Sci-Fi Valley Con!
