Damaged Deliveries! Pt. 2?!

The printing place damaged 16 of my prints and completely left one of my prints off the order. They had to send them out to be printed because I prefer a special paper (my colors pop better on that particular paper!) but the prints where damaged during delivery back to them. This is a nightmare! The convention is in 2 days!!

They said they will get another rush order done and try to have them back in time.
