Whew! That was a lot of packing and moving. The entire website was just moved from one web host to another. The original web host was buggy. It’s a huge hassle and I got tired of it. I’m of course not going to bring it up about the issues I struggled with for the past few months with the host. I’d rather just move forward.
I will say this though. They were my host for years before this problem popped up. I do thank them for the many years of good service. They’re just not able to currently meet my needs.
I now have unlimited space and bandwidth as a bonus with my new host. I do hope this host works out for the better … because they bill by year and not by month. But, it was cheaper in the long run. So, I bought two years while they were on sale.
All the posts and pages were successfully transferred in the move. Only about 10% of the website needs to be reconfigured to properly work again.
The Portfolio pages all need to be fixed and the Icons need to be reset. Other than that, we’re good!
