I’ve been getting serious lag while working on larger 3D models and high resolution art because my graphics card is … lacking that extra oomph. Sometimes, the programs I use will freeze up and the files become corrupted during saving. So, while it’s easy to begin a project, it’s getting harder to finish them.
This week the graphics card on my husband’s PC died. So, I offered mine for his gaming needs as long as he replaces mine in a timely manner. I simply asked that mine be replaced with a higher powered card for my artistic needs. Also, my current graphics card is a step up for my husband who can now game at a higher resolution than his old card allowed. So everybody wins! XD
I just have to wait for a new card now before I can do anymore work. We’ll rush delivery, but it may take a few days before you see anything new. On a side note, the children are back in school as of yesterday. This means more art time for me! Yay!
