The Power Supply Holding Pattern

A replacement power supply for the main PC has been ordered. It was supposed to be two day shipping ... but then there was the 4th of July. So, I'm waiting for the new power supply to come. I have a lot of new art that I was in the midst of coloring with GimpShop on the main PC so I'm having a hard time coping with the inability to continue working on them.

If, the problem with the computer isn't the power supply (and happens to be the motherboard as I've had happen often enough) I will just have to retrieve the art in question and place it on the Laptop to finish. I have a major quirk when it comes to having to do that though. :-/

For example, yesterday I was working on more hand drawn work and I lost the pencil in the middle of drawing. This happened because I got up and did some other things. However, when I went back to continue the drawing the pencil was no where to be found. I have this quirk ... it's more of a personal rule when drawing. It's bad luck to switch pencils in the middle of a drawing unless the pencil is otherwise rendered useless. So, I couldn't just dive into my pencil case and grab another one no matter how much I wanted to. So, after 20 minutes of searching I found it sitting on the recliner under the towel I had used earlier.

The drawing was soon finished and I have many more on the way. :-D

So, I'm going to have to resist the urge to just start over on the digital coloring of the art from my main PC because I feel using the Laptop after already having started with the PC is like just grabbing a new pencil. ... I don't know why I'm crazy like that! I can't help it! It's one of those things I have a hard time controlling.

See you soon with more art! Or ... more shredded and crumpled balls of paper because I lost my mind. Either way, it should be fun.

Luv, Chrissy.

Romans 12:2 NIV Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will
